Welcome to Comapny. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide creative and digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Web design & Webflow development
  • Branding & brand strategy
  • Graphic and motion graphics design
  • SEO services
  • Front-end and back-end development
  • Consulting and optimization

Each specific project is agreed with the client through a separate proposal or Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Standard model: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion.
  • Retainer and hourly billing models are available under separate agreement.
  • Refunds: within 7 days of project start, clients may request a 25% refund of the total project price (equal to 25% of the upfront payment). After this period, no refunds are issued.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Once the project is fully paid, the client owns the final deliverables created specifically for them.
  • Internal processes, methods, client portals, and know-how remain the property of Company.
  • Clients may not resell or redistribute our designs or proprietary materials without written consent.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Ensure they have the necessary rights for all content they supply.
  • Collaborate in good faith to enable successful project completion.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not liable for downtime, bugs, or service disruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Webflow, hosting providers, integrations).
  • We are not responsible for indirect damages such as lost profits, business opportunities, or revenue.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount the client has paid for the specific project.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients. Any sensitive information shared with us will be handled securely and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • A client fails to meet agreed payment terms.
  • A client breaches these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
